About the Development

PPHE Hotel Group are proposing to transform this long-standing derelict site into to a new multi-purpose development, including a unique hotel offering and complementary office space.

By accommodating those travelling into Lambeth North for business and leisure, we can contribute to the local economy while also creating hundreds of jobs and much-needed office space.

The site, 79-87 Westminster Bridge Road is situated on the junction of Westminster Bridge Road, Kennington Road, Baylis Road and Hercules Road. It has very strong transport links, with it being on several bus routes, directly opposite Lambeth North Underground Station and is a ten-minute walk from Waterloo Station, the South Bank and the River Thames. The site also lies adjacent to the Lower Marsh Conservation Area.
